Hello Reader, If you believe your work matters - that you help people - and you desire to expand your reach in 2025, then I have a time sensitive offer for you.June came to my free tax event last month and shared she’s been having a hard time finding an accountant she can trust. Sensing a Money Story, I asked June to explain further. I asked her a series of questions about the value of her work and what “trust” means to her. Before running this business, June was an underpaid advocate and because she was so passionate about that work she had a tendency to burn herself out. “My work is my worth,” she confessed. “It's not good enough if I'm not working enough.” I replied: “When we talk about trust and leveling up and complexity, it's not the complexity that scares you. It's not the overworking that scares you. It's not even necessarily the trust. It's the - ‘I am not worthy of this.” The tax strategies I was teaching at that moment help business owners and their families become millionaires with minimal effort by saving money on taxes now and investing that extra cash in tax-advantaged ways so money continues to grow. These strategies can be done with just a few hundred dollars a month and require zero investment knowledge. It’s truly a zero effort way for money to make more of itself! This was the vision I showed June: “Even though you don't spend a second on it. You get this abundance and it works for you and money shows up for you and you don't have to earn it.” And THAT was what truly held June back from using these tax strategies to benefit herself and her kids. Not her lack of trust - but her belief that she hadn’t “earned” this wealth through hard work. June said “I am not worthy of it. There you go. That one resonates. If I am not the one making this tax strategy, if I am not the one with the clever plan to get there, I don’t deserve it. For me, to be the business owner who deserves to benefit, if I didn't work it, I'm not worthy of it.” Maybe you're not focused on tax strategy at the moment, but you still have dreams or ideas you’ve never taken action on.Maybe it’s not the fear of failing at these big ideas that’s holding you back. Maybe you have an unconscious definition of how success must be “earned” that’s really in the way. Maybe it’s time to rewrite that story. I’m speaking today at Effortless Impact, a free 5-day summit all about sustainable visibility. My session is The Fear of Success May Be More Limiting Than the Fear of Failure. We’ll talk about the unconscious stories that drive our decisions—and how to rewrite the ones that no longer serve us. ✅ You can still register and catch my session live So if any part of June’s story resonated with you… I hope I’ll see you there. To your success, |

Hi Reader, When we ignore our numbers, we miss out on the most powerful advantage in business: clarity. A lot of business owners avoid looking at their money, without even realizing that’s what they’re doing. Not because they don’t care—but because they’re busy, overwhelmed, or afraid of what they’ll find. 👉 The receipts pile up. 👉 The bank statements go unread. 👉 The reports feel confusing or pointless. But how much clarity are you missing as a result? As a Money Storyteller, I believe...
Hi Reader, Recently, I was talking about money with a group of self-employed parents, and I said something that stopped the room cold… “Scarcity is a myth.” Not the kind of scarcity where your bank account is low—we’ve all been there. But the kind of deep-rooted scarcity that tells us: “If someone else succeeds, that means less for me.” “There’s only so much to go around.” “I’ll never catch up, so why bother?” Sound familiar? This mindset is sneaky… ➡️ It shows up when we scroll through...
Hi Reader, “I’m making money… but I don’t know where it’s going.” I have heard some version of this hundreds of times from smart, educated people who keep working and working and working, and yet still don’t seem to have enough left at the end of each month. Most of us never get ANY kind of formal financial training growing up, but we learn a lot about money from the people around us. For instance, when you were a kid did you ever ask for a toy only to be met with a stern rebuke, “No, I’m not...
